Do you need a home based business plan or a small business plan?...

...most business plans are total works of fiction designed to convince the bank manager to part with cash.

It usually works something like this:

You decide on a business, think of a product and percentage profit from that product. Multiply that profit by the number of products you think you will sell. Take away all expenses such as wages, rent, loan etc.

You now have a business plan...

...a work of total fiction!

The whole plan rests on the guestumate :

The number of products you think you will sell.

To me this does not sound like a very good idea for a home based business plan. OK so you may base your idea on an existing businesses so you may know that it should be a success - but then you may be entering a competitive market (so it is more difficult to make a sale).

Note: These searches are known as a keywords or keyword phrases (the whole search including all the words). 'keyword' covers both.

This seemingly trivial information is in fact extremely valuable for you as you can find out how many people search for a keyword per month. This tells you how popular i.e. it does your market research for you in an instant; it is:

I find that amazing since you research on any topic you want and you don't have to go and ask anyone. Also it shows you exactly what is popular in a worldwide market so you can start making your home based business plan.
